Arts Denman has an Arts Education grant Fund available for those living on Denman Island planning to take courses or workshops in the arts. Each grant may be used for the fees of any arts course or workshop located on or off the island, but not for course supplies or materials. Each Arts Denman grant will cover course fees up to $150.00 per person per calendar year.

This grant is available to Arts Denman members only. The Arts Education Grants are conditional on sufficient funds being available in the Grant Fund, which is funded by Arts Denman membership proceeds. Arts Denman memberships are $10.00 and available from Juan Barker at the Abraxas Bookstore on Denman Island.

If approved, Arts Denman will reimburse the applicant upon completion of the course. Proof of attending the course, such as a receipt, must be provided. Applications should be submitted no later than 4 weeks prior to the course date.
