Concerts Denman is a local organisation staffed by volunteers bringing well crafted performing arts events to our remote rural community of Denman Island for over 30 years. We present events from a wide spectrum including classical, world, rock, electronic, bluegrass, reggae, ska, Balkan, and so much more. Musicians come to our hidden away island in the woods to enrich our community with a dose of international culture, showing touring musicians what a small community can put together. Our goal is to bring all members of our community together, changing all their lives for the better and building community spirit. We are motivated because we have learned how this work does wonders to bring our community together.
